FAQ
Why do we ask for Serial and Product Numbers?

- We ask for your serial number because we keep a service history on every machine we work on. By providing a serial number we can track the history of repairs made to your machine. Technicians frequently reference service history's for a variety of reasons.

- Every time a service call is placed, we require the serial and product codes to identify your machines warranty status. You can always ask for us to check the warranty status before any service is performed.

- Even when you know that your machine is out of warranty, it's a good idea to keep a record of which machines you have serviced, by providing us with the machines identifying codes.
