Applications Instructor - Contract or Part-Time

The ideal candidate has provided classroom instruction to business professionals on a variety of applications and operating systems. Stand-up teaching experience and knowledge of PC applications are required.

Currently we are seeking applicants with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project, SharePoint and Crystal Reports. Instructors teach in carefully prepared classrooms in our Hunt Valley and Columbia classrooms and at local client sites.

Candidates must be available to instruct during business hours Monday through Friday.

This strategy allows staff members to apply all their energies to their clients’ needs. Career paths are provided through engagement manager or sales manager positions.

Position requires excellent written and oral communications, customer service, and organizational skills.

Candidates with 3 or more years sales experience with a Value Added Reseller (VAR), computer systems integrator or hardware and software consulting firm are encouraged to apply.

Technical Services
Systems Engineer

Salary to $75k

Position has broad responsibilities including reactive field support, managed services help desk, SMB client network management, and project delivery. It will have the resources to deliver support with outstanding customer satisfaction. This position is full-time, full salary and non-contract.

These skills and certifications would be helpful:
• Configure, install, maintain, support, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows LAN environments.
• Windows Server expertise including installation and troubleshooting experience
• TCP/IP protocols
• experience with network infrastructure hardware (firewalls, switches, routers)
• MCSA / MCSE / MCITP - Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator/Engineer / Information Technology Professional
• CCA - Certified Citrix Administrator
• CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate
Our 50 person technical staff includes 10 MCSE, 4 CNE, 3 CCNA, 2 MCT, 2 VCP, 2 CCEA, 1 CCNP, 1 CCDA, 1 CDE, 1 CLP and 1 CNI certifications. We are an authorized vendor for LeftHand, HP, Citrix, Microsoft, Data Domain, VMWare and Symantec/Altiris.
