System Source seeks an Inside Sales Representative for hardware and software products and services. Candidates with sales experience and in-depth knowledge of PCs and networking are especially attractive.

Career path for this position leads to an outside sales representative position within 18-24 months.

This Hunt Valley, Maryland based full-time position requires excellent written and oral communications, customer service, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities include:
o Quote creation
o Order processing
o Researching customer requests using Internet based tools and resources
o Coordinating and tracking customer deliveries
o Maintaining customer profiles on our online ordering system

• Supporting outside account managers through:
o Review of customer conversations and needs
o Expeditiously handling customer needs within established service levels
o Maintaining information in our Customer Relationship Management system

Position has broad responsibilities from listening to customer need to project delivery. It has the resources to deliver projects with outstanding customer satisfaction. This position is full-time, salaried and non-contract.

• Configure, install, maintain, support, and troubleshoot multi-platform, multi-protocol LAN/WAN environments.
• Windows Server expertise including installation and troubleshooting experience
• Communications protocols
• Experience with network infrastructure hardware (firewalls, switches, routers)
• MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
• CCEA - Certified Citrix Enterprise Administrator
• CCNA - Cisco Certified Network Associate
