NOTE: For the replacement of parts identified by the Vendor as End User Replaceable (EURP), we apply a $70 Charge.
NOTE: For Computer repairs: The travel fee to Cockeysville, Hunt Valley, and Sparks is $30. The travel fee to Baltimore City and to Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard counties is $42. The fee to any other area is $55.00.
NOTE: Presentation System repair fees are a minimum of 2 hours including 1 way travel.

Why do we ask for Serial and Product Numbers?

- We keep a service history on every machine we work on. By providing a serial number we can track the history of repairs made to your machine. Technicians frequently reference service history's for a variety of reasons.

- Every time a service call is placed, we require the serial and product codes to identify your machines warranty status. You can always ask for us to check the warranty status before any service is performed.

- Even when you know that your machine is out of warranty, it's a good idea to keep a record of which machines you have serviced, by providing us with the machines identifying codes.
