Prerequisites

TOP
We suggest you have a device for recording video, whether a mobile phone or dedicated camera, as you are able to capture your own video between course days. You can then import what you've captured as part of the video production course, as you will cover video editing during the second day of the course. To import any video you will need a USB cable to connect your phone or camera to your computer. If you are not able to capture your own video, footage will be provided for you.If you have no experience using video editing apps and are attending remotely, we suggest downloading either the free trial version of Adobe Premiere Pro from the Adobe website or the free DaVinci Resolve application before starting the class. You can use either of theses apps for the class portion that discusses video editing. If attending the video production training in our classrooms, a computer and the apps will be provided.
