The course starts with Google Analytics setup, and covers details for ensuring GA4 is collecting data properly. The course also covers reporting using GA4, including standard reports for understanding how visitors arrived and what visitors did while visiting. The course also covers configuring goals to specify objectives for visitors on the site, and understanding which visitors are most likely to take desirable actions, whether this includes buying, registering, donating, reading content, or other items.
