AI Advanced Prompting

This hands-on course builds on foundational Generative AI knowledge and focuses on advanced prompting techniques using tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

Participants will learn how to design structured, repeatable prompts, guide AI behavior more precisely, and apply advanced techniques to solve complex business problems. The course emphasizes control, consistency, and strategic use of AI to improve productivity, decision-making, and communication in professional environments.

This class includes a mixture of lecture, demonstrations, and hands-on activities.

• Use trigger phrases to activate workflows, roles, and AI behaviors
• Apply the Pareto Principle to create clear, high-value business explanations
• Use chaos prompting to generate creative, non-obvious ideas
• Simulate stakeholders and teams through AI-assisted questioning
• Create SWOT analyses to evaluate business strategies
• Use Fishbone (Ishikawa) diagrams to identify root causes
• Facilitate AI-driven debate simulations with multiple perspectives
• Structure multi-step prompts for complex tasks and workflows
• Assign roles and personas to shape tone, expertise, and perspective
• Evaluate and improve AI outputs for accuracy, relevance, and business value
