Lessons include implementing, managing and build intelligent Microsoft Teams apps using the LLMs and AI components of your choice with Teams AI Library.

This course has been created by Microsoft as a "Bring Your Own Environment" course, allowing individuals to use their personal devices and settings. If a student wants to complete the hands-on activities, the individual must bring their own CoPilot environment. Otherwise, demonstrations and lectures will be conducted by the instructor.

Module 1: Explore the Copilot stack

• Leverage the Copilot stack to accelerate your AI Build
• Understand the different Copilot extensibility options

Module 2: Utilize an Azure OpenAI model to create an app

• Access Azure OpenAI Service
• Understand Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) with Azure OpenAI Service
• Exercise- Implement RAG with your own data and Azure OpenAI Models
• Bring your Azure OpenAI Model with your data to Teams
• Exercise - Install and set up Teams Toolkit for Visual Studio Code

Module 3: Build your custom agent for Teams

• Exercise - Prepare for the guided project
• Exercise - Create your custom engine agent Teams App
• Exercise - Configure your custom engine agent

Familiarity with Teams Toolkit, Visual Studio Code, Microsoft Teams, and creating chat bots.

Students who are interested in building intelligent Microsoft Teams apps using the LLMs and AI components of their choice with Teams AI Library.
