Conference and training needs the power plant required 12 conference rooms. These rooms were designed to be reconfigured into 5-12 spaces with individual A/V capabilities. System Source solved budget and room reconfiguration challenge by designing custom lecterns that were mobile, interchangeable and connected with a single plug. The AMX control system programming manages components located in individual rooms and combined spaces. Controls switch audio sources across 54 speakers in multiple zones.

This room was specially designed for video conference meetings.The lighting was selected to complement the videoconference application.The
Polycom video conference system and components integrated into the credenza rack are managed by the AMX control system.The control system was programmed to sense whether the portable
videoconference system was attached before synchronizing with the other components.Boundary microphones and computers plug into recessed popup
devices.
