Adtran 128,800 baud ISDN Modem

It was once said that 2400 baud modems were the fastest speed that was possible over standard phone lines. While ISDN (Integrated Services Data Network) phone service and modems are common in Europe, they have been slower to catch on here in the United States. The ISDN modem requires special phone lines, but the cost is only slightly higher than ordinary long distance.
