ISP Operations Hosting Services

Domain Name Hosting – Your domain name is one of the most important aspects of your Internet strategy. We can assist you in selecting and registering a domain name. Hosting and maintaining your domain is offered in conjunction with your other Internet services, at no additional charge.

Virtual Email Server Hosting – Virtual email server hosting is a cost-effective solution for businesses that require only basic email services. Each email server comes with full administrative capabilities, a fully functional web access client, so you can access your email from any web browser, and back-up email service capabilities.

Web Site Hosting –Web site hosting on a shared Internet server is an ideal, cost-effective solution for businesses whose web sites are small, are not transaction oriented or do not generate a lot of traffic.

Web Server Hosting – If your web site incorporates a lot of multimedia features, requires increased security, is transaction oriented, or experiences heavy visitor traffic, you should consider a dedicated server. A dedicated web server is also recommended if you host multiple sites, require a custom environmental configuration or custom applications.

Application Server Hosting – Hosting an application server in our Network Operations Center (NOC) reduces traffic on your internal network, increases the availability of your application, and reduces the total cost of ownership. Application server hosting is perfect for applications that support remote and mobile users.

Secured Server Hosting – At System Source we build, maintain and customize security solutions such as firewalls and virtual private networks (VPNs).

Network Operations Center

All servers are housed in our Hunt Valley, Maryland Network Operations Center (NOC) that features:

System Monitoring – All systems and services hosted in our NOC are monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Multiple technicians are always on call, and ready to respond. Custom monitoring solutions are available.

Uninterruptible Power – All power is supplied and cleaned through UPS battery back-ups with an average run-time of 20 minutes. Our NOC is also equipped with a 100-kilowatt diesel generator in the event of a lengthy power failure.

Bandwidth Availability – Our hosting network is multi-fault tolerant. We have three fiber connections (One T3 to Verizon Business and two with Comcast)

Backup and Storage – Maintaining current back-ups of your files and data is critical. We maintain regular full backups on all servers hosted in our NOC. Back-up tapes are stored off-site.

Remote Access – You have the ability to maintain your server remotely and you have complete access to all your files and data.
