SatisFacts provides customer satisfaction research for the multi-family housing property management industry. SatisFacts came to System Source for a new, fresh brand identity that also needed to be applied across all of their marketing collateral, including an electronic newsletter. Our development team built an automated telephone survey (IVR) and reporting system for SatisFacts. The newly designed web site is being expanded so that SatisFacts clients can login for online access to survey ordering and reporting across their portfolios. System Source continues to host the IVR and email marketing systems.
